The Waukegan Park District is committed to providing exceptional parks, lifelong recreation, fitness and leisure opportunities to the residents of our community. The Illinois Park and Recreation Association (IPRA) honored the Waukegan Park District with the 2020 Exceptional Workplace Award at the 2021 IAPD/IPRA Soaring to New Heights Conference. The District has previously been recognized with the Award in 2013 and 2015.
