Financial Assistance

The Waukegan Park District never turns anyone away because of inability to pay. Park District Resident scholarships are funded through endowments and corporate contributions. Below are financial assistance and payment plan applications for Recreation Programs (847-360-4700) and Cultural Arts Programs (847-360-4740);  please call the respective telephone numbers if you have any questions.

Sibling Discounts

There are sibling discounts available for programs including Summer Camps, SwimSmart, and Youth Programs such as Before and After School Experience (B.A.S.E.), We Have Off (W.H.O) and Holiday and Spring Break Adventures.
