We Have Off (W.H.O.) Programs

The Waukegan Park District offers We Have Off (W.H.O.) Programs at the Belvidere Recreation Center and Jane Addams Center to align with the Waukegan Public Schools’ academic calendar. Open to students from six years old to twelve years old, the all-day child care programs feature safe and enriching activities, crafts, games, and more. Preregistration is required. The Waukegan Park District accepts third-party funding from other organizations, such as YWCA and Mothers Trust Foundation, and has financial assistance available.
