Safety Check

Prior to the start of the program, you should ask yourself the following questions:

  • Do I have symptoms of COVID-19 illness (fever, cough and/or shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell)?
  • Do I have a fever at or above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit?
  • Do I feel sick?

If you answer YES to any of the above questions, DO NOT PROCEED TO THE CLASS. You will receive a refund for the class.
