For the 2025 season, WBMX will be hosting monthly Open House sessions! These are FREE events aimed at being an introduction to our track and all that we do here at Waukegan BMX. The first open house begins on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 2:30pm until around 4:30pm. Feel free to check out some races! Racing starts at Noon and is always free to watch. This event is open to all ages and skill levels. No experience necessary!

It will include a short tour of our facility, as well as information about our Beginner’s League and any upcoming events or clinics.
We will then open up the track for riding! Bring your own bike and helmet or borrow ours for FREE! Any type of bike (balance bike, mountain bike, etc.) is welcome, just no E-bikes or training wheels. **Pants, Long Sleeves and Helmet are all required when riding the track.

During the open ride time, our track volunteers will be available for track tips or for any questions you may have! We also will be taking volunteer sign-ups and offering basic training for future events if you would like to help!!
