Sunrise Barre at the Park

The Waukegan Park District is hosting a free Sunrise Barre at the Park on Saturday, May 10, 2025 from 7am to 8am at Corrine J. Rose Park. This Barre class incorporates elements of strength, cardio, and pilates! Resistance bands and pilates bender balls will be used on the mat. Be ready to lunge, squat, crunch, pushup, and plank yourself to a new level of fitness.
