STEAM ROOM REPLACEMENT AT THE FIELDHOUSE AT HINKSTON PARK
Bids are due by Thursday, February 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM. at the Corrine J. Rose Administrative Center, 2000 Belvidere St., Waukegan, IL 60085. The bids should be clearly labeled “STEAM ROOM REPLACEMENT AT THE FIELDHOUSE AT HINKSTON PARK”.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Field House at Hinkston Park, 810 Baldwin Street, Waukegan, IL at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. This meeting will be used to review the attached Project Manual and Drawings and give any Bidders the opportunity to discuss any concerns with the Owner and Architect. Attendance at this meeting of all persons desiring to bid on this Project is highly recommended.
