Waukegan Park District Recreational Volleyball
The Waukegan Park District offers recreational volleyball opportunities for youth participants. Volleyball programs are a great way to introduce the game of volleyball to youth participants. The Field House Sports and Fitness Center is home to six hardwood volleyball courts which house all our volleyball programs.
Recreational and Competitive Men’s, Women’s and Co-ed Volleyball leagues are a great way for adults to stay active and have some fun. A variety of leagues are offered year round.
The Waukegan Park District is always looking for adult mentors who enjoy volunteering their time to coach/instruct youth athletic programs. If you would like to discuss this wonderful opportunity or have any
other athletic related questions you may contact our staff.
Weekly Health Tip
(subject:Diet)
Limit sugary and caffeinated beverages. Beverages may not fill you up, but they sure can help fatten you up and have a detrimental effect on your overall health. You don't have to completely give up soda and coffee, but you should scale back in order to keep yourself in tip top shape.
