Bevier Park Picnic Pavilion
The outdoor shelter at Bevier Park is designed for small gatherings, such as baby showers or birthday parties. The shaded pavilion is equipped with a grill and six picnic tables, which will seat about 48 people. Parking and restrooms are nearby. Limited electricity is available (i.e. for a coffee pot or crock pot). Other amenities at Bevier Park include basketball and tennis courts, and a walking path around the pond. The courts are all open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.

Bowen Park Formal Garden
The Formal Garden at Bowen Park offers a picturesque setting that is a favorite for small outdoor wedding ceremonies. The gazebo is perfect as the center point of the ceremony, with the gardens as a beautiful backdrop for pictures. Limited electricity is available. Parking and restrooms are nearby.
Lilac Cottage is available for rental as a bride's room, dressing areas or for small receptions.

Janet Morrison Picnic Center
Located in Bowen Park, the Janet Morrison Picnic Center is a terrific outdoor area for parties, reunions, or company picnics. The shaded pavilion is located close to the brand new play equipment, the Jack Hofflander Wildflower Refuge, and the beautiful woods of Bowen Park. The pavilion is equipped with grills and 14 picnic tables, which will seat about 112 people. Parking and restrooms are nearby. Limited electricity is available (i.e. for a coffee pot or crock pot). Maximum capacity is 165.

In the midst of the mature trees of Hinkston Park, this pavilion is designed to host many types of outdoor events, from birthday parties and showers, to company picnics and family cookouts. The shaded pavilion is equipped with grills and 14 picnic tables, which will seat about 112 people. Restrooms are located in the pavilion, and parking is nearby. Hinkston Park also has play equipment and a walking path. Maximum capacity is 185.

Hinkston Park South Pavilion
The South Pavilion of Hinkston Park is located close to the Field House Sports and Fitness Center at Hinkston Park. Although this shelter enjoys the same trees, path and play equipment as the larger shelter, with four picnic tables and a seating capacity of 32 people, this shelter is designed for small parties. There is no electricity at this site. Parking and restrooms are located nearby. Maximum capacity is 48.

Washington Park Bandshell
Located in Washington Park, near the corner of Washington and Glen Rock Streets, the bandshell can be used as a stage area for meetings and performances. Limited electricity is available with notice. Note that there are no public restrooms in this area, and parking is limited.

General Rules for Park Use:
• All functions conducted in District parks or facilities must be held in accordance with District ordinances, policies and rules.
• Observe closing hours for park site (in most cases sunset).
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in District parks or facilities
• Vehicles are restricted to designated parking areas and are not allowed on grass areas.
• Loud music, obscene language or boisterous behavior breaching the public peace is not permitted.
• Facilities must be cleaned after use; trash and recyclables placed in proper containers and coals must be disposed of in designated concrete containers.
• The Park Patrol officer will monitor Park Use Permits. Please make sure to have your copy with you on the day of your event.
• Notify the Parks Department at (847)360-4725 if your event is cancelled.
